hey i need some help here. 4 years ago i was kind of forced by this middleage man, he was touching me down there and grabbing me everywhere and wouldnt stop and he forced me to be quiet. i keep having nightmares but i never told anybody. how should i get over it and move on with my life?

Honey, you need to talk to someone….it took me 25 years and I wonder now why I was scared to seek a shoulder to share….but I’m thankful I did it…I am now happily married to a wonderful man…but I still have my struggles and nightmares but the nightmares are less often…after I confronted my devastating experiences I felt like i could hold my head up high and face the world…rape and molestation is a CRIME but that doesnot make us feel any less violated….Put your head UP HONEY….take a big breathe of fresh air….you will be a survivor….

I’m so sorry that happened to you. From experience, suppressing the pain will only make it come up later in bigger ways. The only way to truly deal with and move on happily is to face it head on.
