Can you explain why your religion makes sense?
My religion is Christianity. I am a firm believer in Christianity. Fear not, for God does not make bad things happen, but the Devil does. The devil is basically the God of this world, and we are soldigers. We need to pray and ask God for his permission to change the world. When you say "oh that was God, He made this volcano erupt" you are mistaken. Devil is the God of evil, God is the God of light. And if he does not answer your questions, keep on praying. i remember reading in the bibble that the person in the bible prayed and prayed, but the devil blocked it. for 21 days he sat there praying, and finally the angel came. he explained what happend. so never give up hope. Explain to me what your religion is, and why it makes sense.
listen, all i know is that when i pray, i get my way. is that of coincidence? when i don’t pray(not ask for God’s permission) i get hurt. so we should pray continueally like it says in the bibble. if you are willing to show no faith, that is your problem. all i asked for you to do what simply explian why your religion makes sense and why you believe in it. but instead you insulted my religion, giving me no reason why you believe in yours. you can’t fly in the world, you can’t throw a football with your arm 540000000000000000 feet. but God can do anything. it is listed in the Bible, his works. When Christianity is mentioned, you swarm on it like it is the only truth, like it is a piece of meat. Any other religion and you are fine. I named my account Harry potter because those movies are entertaining. not because i believe in that. I said i am a beiliver in God, and what did you do? you said i believe in Harry Potter because i enjoy entertainment? pshhh please
hERbman i can see why you would think that. Well in the bible, Adam and Eve disobeyed God. So what happend for that? Death, Curse, Pain. Because the Devil came along and tricked them. Without the devil, the was good and perfection. with the devil, there is pain and disaster. you pray to God, and that is Giving God permission to interfeer with the world. "Please lord, give me strength" he says ok and he gives you strength. without him bad things happen. so you must pray continueally, and faithfully. fear not, he will comfort you.
My religion is not your religion and it makes sense because it’s not your religion.

Your answer didnt make sense…..yes I can tell you why mine does but its a long explanation and Im sure it includes answering some questions. Anyone whom says they can explain why their religion makes any kind of sense in a few sentences with no back and forth is someone that just wants everyone to say they agree with them, and doesnt want people to actually understand.

Been outside lately? You know mother nature? Even if we humans don’t think she makes sense, she very tangibly exists and controls every aspect of our lives, no matter how technologically advanced we think we are. There’s nothing that makes sense more than the cold, hard reality of nature.

im atheist and it makes sense because its not based on some book written by a few sheep herders a couple thousand years ago that makes claims that have proven scientifically impossible. now explain to the rest of us why it makes sense that you beleive in a man in the sky and a man "below us somewhere effect everything in existence even though there is absolutely no proof that they do. oh and that the magical man in the sky has a kid who can do magic tricks and for some reason him dying granted all of us amnesty of all of our evils. WTF?! And if god only makes good things happen, then why has every war ever carried out been fought in his name, huh?

I understand what you are saying but I have to correct you one thing. Stop saying that the devil is the God of this world. The devil was at the point when Adam fell. Jesus died for us went to hell and resurrected. God owns this world now, only people are following a false god.
But that is just one of somethings from what you said that needs to be changed.

My religion is right…for me. I have no desire to attempt to explain why as you are already biased against it. I was once Christian. Many years ago. I left it because of the stupidity that the believers adhere to instead of understanding it is metaphor.

my religion is wicca… and let me elaborate please… in my religion we find the divine throughout everything in the world… for we think not that the divine created it all… we are pagan and our ancestors were the first in religion, science, and medicine…. we believe in the big bang… we believe in evolution… we believe in the divine god and goddess as a collective conscience… and as a collective energy… we find neither the god or goddess is pure… nor are they completely evil…. we believe that they have their faults just like us humans… in the end we accept all paths…. and we have a rule called "an it harm none, do what ye will" if you wanna get right down to it that doesn’t mean we are allowed to do whatever we want… some of the things that are "sins" in your religion are discouraged in paganism… we can’t do anything intentionally that would harm someone… and if we hurt someone by accident we atone for it… i hope this gave a little more info on wicca for you… blessed be….

i do not believe in religion. but i do believe there is a higher being that protects me. my beliefs ar simple: i simply do not waste my time on religion because if yu actualy think about it what religion was god realy? all religious believs come dwn to one thing and one thing only: the belief in a higher being who man prays and hopes upon. i have askd evry religious individual i knw "what race was god, what were his beliefs and what was his religion?" some couldnt answer those questions and the ones who did (and from different religions] gave me just about the same answer. now you say god does not make bad happen, but the devil does. well i think god is the ruler/creator of all things human or living. i believe he desides whether you get shot in the head or live another hundred years. my message to you is not to force you into changing your religion, but to atleast think of what i am saying here.

I like the Braves and I use that type on my Peak of my hat also I would say it’s something not to pay much attention to..especially those who answered it and made fun of them if it mad you feel bad in anyway why don’t you just tell them.. and I see that isn’t right to judge a person by anyway… you can try to take you’r mind off of it by doing anything answering question..why am I the only one of your contacts who answered this?
